The Latino International Theater Festival of New York Inc.'s mission is:

To bring awareness of the local Latino theater companies and individual artists to a broader audience of Latino and mainstream theater going audiences;

To create opportunities for dialogue and collaboration between the local groups, as well as with the international companies coming to New York;

To nurture the next generation of theater going audiences through our free educational programs and family programming; and

To serve the underrepresented Hispanic communities of New York by offering free activities and/or discounted tickets to productions of plays that transcend cultural stereotypes.
